Our old gas boiler being at the end of its life, we had made the decision to replace it at the end of the heating period so as not to repeat the nightmare that we had experienced twice following breakdowns in the middle of winter at minus 10 outside... It's strange, or perhaps it's Murphy's laws, but a boiler often breaks down when it really shouldn't. ..In any case, ours 😉 In short, we made the wise decision to wait until the end of winter to do the work. After the start of our hunt for potential candidates, our choice fell to the Ilmachauf company to install a Vaillant brand condensing boiler. The very correct quote was established within 48 hours, but we also later realized that the water hardness (46° f) did not really meet the requirements for Vaillant's warranty, so we opted for an installation of a SoluCalc CO2 softener also at the same time. The work took place yesterday morning, three highly professional men carried out the replacement of the boiler with chimney lining, as well as the installation of the water softener in just over 4 hours. I can therefore only confirm in my turn that this company is very serious and professional which is becoming rare these days. Thank you again to the whole team for your excellent intervention!

We purchased a new gas boiler and a new domestic hot water tank (both Vaillant brand) from Ilmachauf. We had a number of problems during installation (non-compliant installation upon receipt of PEB, no hot water for a few days and the alarm system cable was cut). Despite all these problems, we are very satisfied with Ilmachauf’s performance. At all times, Mr. Bentahia and his team remained calm, very responsive and keen to quickly find solutions to problems. A serious and professional company that will not let you down in the event of a problem. I highly recommend them!

Order placed on Tuesday, boiler replaced on Friday at 2 p.m.! The boss came with three men to do most of the work, removing the old boiler which was immediately taken away by a scrap dealer. Responsive, available, fast, professional. The staff were very polite and friendly. They took away all the trash, boxes etc. and swept everything away. Good morning,And here is my Vaillant ECOVIT VKK 366 floor heating installation and Boiler 200L hot water production is mounted with the replacement of 11 thermostatic valves and the chimney casing, spectacularly amazing they have the equipment 15 meters high. After an initial telephone contact explaining the work to be done, I received a first estimate, the boss came on site. Creation of the quote with a quick deadline, it's ok for the quote and the day of the work, it's perfect. On the second day of work at 2:00 p.m. they evacuated your old oil boiler and what goes with it and it's great you're warm again, we'll see you again in two years for maintenance.
